Jade is a movement artist and educator from Wisconsin with a background in dance and psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She began her journey as a competitive dancer, training with members of The Joffrey Ballet Chicago and the Milwaukee Ballet. Jade has since performed professionally across the US in cities like New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Honolulu, with career highlights including performances with the Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Company, Marlene Skog Dance, and numerous dance festivals and events. She is currently a company artist and Marketing Director with THREE POINT PROJECT in the greater Milwaukee area.Specializing in developmental movement, Jade integrates her knowledge of child psychology and human physiology to support the social, emotional, motor, and cognitive development of young children. Her teaching style is slow and expressive, providing space for young dancers to explore and express their unique personalities while focusing on age-appropriate practices to build their confidence, creativity, and a strong foundation in dance.
